At Kiters Outlet, we have no prices… you make your own offer for every product we carry!
We’re the only kiteboarding retailer in the world to use Price Free ShoppingSM with the Fair Offer SystemSM. When you find something you want, you make an offer for it. You decide what price you think is fair, and you submit it to us online. If we agree, the product is yours. We let you know within minutes. It’s as simple as that. No haggling, no bartering, no running around between multiple dealers.
Free Shipping
To make it even simpler, shipping is always free! Unfortunately, we can only ship to addresses within the United States. But we’re planning to expand internationally soon.

Making an Offer
When making an offer it’s in your best interest to be reasonable. For example, offering $50 for a kite with a suggested retail price of $1,000 is just ridiculous, so don’t do it!
However, we know that some of you will… So, we had to put two important features in place to stop the insanity:
- If your offer is denied, you won’t be able to place a new offer on the same product for 24 hours – which means you might lose out on what you really want.
- We require you to submit valid credit card information with your offer. If the offer is accepted, the transaction will automatically process. If it is not accepted, your credit card information will be instantly deleted. To maximize your security, we do not store or retain credit card information!
Notification
Within 5 minutes of making an offer you will receive one of three emails from us:
- Get stoked! Your offer was accepted and your credit card has been charged.
- Seriously…? Your offer was denied and your credit card information has been deleted.
- Hmmm… Your offer is interesting and requires further review - say, from a human. If it’s during office hours, we’ll email you within minutes. If it’s not, we’ll email you within 12 hours. Office hours are 9 am to 5 pm EST, Monday to Friday.
If your offer is accepted, either immediately or after further review, you will receive another email with your sales order number and shipping information. The timing of this email will be determined by United Parcel Service, which is our delivery partner - because “We ♥ Logistics”…

Shipping
We ship all orders as soon as possible. Generally, that means they will ship on the same day they are received. However, it will depend on which warehouse your order is coming from and whether or not the order is received during office hours. If your order is received outside of office hours, it will ship as soon as the office reopens.
Office Hours
While our staff is on call all the time, we also like to kite. So we insist that everyone shows up at the office for certain hours of the day, but then they can work from other places the rest of the time. Our office hours are 9 am to 5 pm EST, Monday to Friday.
Prices and Colors
Oh yeah, two other things you should know…
- Just because your friend got one price doesn’t mean you’ll get the same price. Prices vary hour-by-hour and minute-by-minute according to demand, location, and availability of stock in our different warehouses.
- Our inventory is constantly changing so we cannot guarantee specific colors on the kites you order. Boards and bars generally come in only one color option.
